The hot-melt adhesive will be applied on the web of release liner that is then cut to length and applied onto the seal flap
Advantages compared to previous system:
- reduction of silicon paper waste at start up
- improved glue application (accuracy of position) improves product quality and machine performance
- no transfer roller with special coating required
- reduction of setup time by approx.. 40%
